The daily routines and Objects of our life create the underlying rhythm of our days, weeks, lives. Yet each action takes only a short moment.
In March 2024, whilst in Paris at Cité des Arts, I took part in a collaborative Atelier Ouvert exhibition, curated by resident curator Taeho Choi, with resident artists Hyeji Choi and Peter Baran. The common theme of each work exhibited was “Objects of Life”.
My series of loose hand drawn animations reflected my short life at Cité, and in Paris, showing the narrative perspective of memories as localised repetitions. It was projected during the Open Studio exhibition.
